I get the following after deploying the war file in weblogic 8.1. I am using jdk 1.4, struts 1.1 and weblogic 8.1 SP2

Deployment descriptor "web.xml" is malformed. Check against the DTD: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The content of element type "web-app"
