Which version of Eclipse to use

Hi

I am java developer. I used to use Eclipse Ganymede some in the past. But in the company I worked, asked me to use JBuilder. But now I am back to eclipse and I want to download latest version of eclipse.
Please could someone suggest, which version of eclipse is the best and similer to Ganymede.

Eclipse can be found on google search..try to search for it.
