need to send picture message from mobile to mobile using j2me and related software.I know the theory how it works now i got a lot of problems developing it.
my first problem is how to convert picture to otab.(please help me on this i am having a big problem if possible can i be provided codes from which i could understand to do so.

how to keep UDH part in the top of the picture message (please help me on this too)
