"server view" missing

after an ecplipse-java crash i dont have "server view".

i have eclipse 3.2.0 , i have a 4.1 apache tomcat server.
i dont have window->show view->server command.
How to restore the server view? I cant do start-stop of tomcat server because no commands are available. Any help would be appreciate. TKSSSS
