I used class JFileChooser to create a File Browsing and Selecting GUI . Though It is working fine , but it looks are not gud........Is there a way to make it looks better and if possible it should appear like OS File Browser Interface

set a good look and feel for your GUI.
browse for free look and feel and set for your GUI.

I didn't understand the question. If you are using JFileChooser, you must be getting an interface which is like the OS file open/save/save-as dialog interface.
