I need help

I am using JNDI with Datasource in a web application using Tomcat Web container, I used this link

to register the datasource (sql server datasource ) , and now i want the INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY and PROVIDER_URL to lookup the Datasource, so please help me and provide me with this two variabels of SQL Server
