hi, this is my first question here, hope it is not asked before, and if it is - please feel free to point that out (anyway i have searched, but did not find the answer to it)

lets say that i have a jni dll which i call from some java app(jsp to be more precise), is it possible to call other c/c++ dlls from it?

i succeeded in calling jni dll from jsp, but after a few tests, i noticed that if i try to use some other c++ dll from that jni dll - that pure c++ dll fails to load.i can use libs in jni dll, but direct using of dlls would be so much better

thanks in advance

ps i am a c/c++ developer, so these are my first serious java steps

Yes, in a general sense this is possible. (No, don't ask me how -- it is probably a matter of setting up the environment properly. You said "JSP" and I don't know what container is involved, nor how to make sure the dlls are properly located or anything like that.)
