Apparently cloneNode works differently in IE and FF. in IE, it will maintain a reference to the original node for purposes of event handling, while in FF a new node is created afresh. Does anyone know of a way to make it behave in IE the way it does in FF. i.e. I don't want any references to the old node. Here's an example: http://engr.smu.edu/~goela/cloneNodeProblemIE.html After clicking the "Add another field" button, when I click on the textbox at the bottom, the text disappears from both textboxes. Is there a way to make it disappear in only the bottom box in IE. Any help/guidance is appreciated. Thanks.    More>>
