Reading dbx file through Java Mail

I have a .dbx file of Outlook Express 6 and from which I want to extract the message body. How can I do that using JavaMail API? If it is not possible through JavaMail API, is there any way to do that?

JavaMail does not come with any third-party proprietary code necessary to read any arbitrary message storage file format. Its job is to send to and receive mail from the wire.
