Web Service Client can not be created by JAXWS

I'm just a student n now in industrial training programme..
so, I don't know much about those problems..

when I was creating the web service client for the company server which i worked for the industrial training program, I can't create it bcoz it said...

"Web Service Client can not be created by JAXWS:wsimport utility
Reason = null"

I'm using NetBeans 6.0.1
i don't really have any idea of that problem..

Can someone find the solution for me???
