I am searching for an Eclipse Tool to convert UML to Relational Schema. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Check out the MyEclipse plugin. It doesn't do exactly what you need, but will create a Relational Schema from a Database or create a Database from a Relational Schema (a gui tool).
