We are setting up a new server, and everything seems to be okay, but our apps are not launching. Nothing has really changed except for the type of tomcat install we are using. Originally we had the "stand alone" tomcatv5.5.16, now we are using the RedHat tomcat (i think same version). I changed my app's directory calls and such to accommodate, but am having an issue with an "empty context"?!?!?!? It has nothing to do with my webapps themselves... and I am boggled. I found the issue myself.

In the Context of server.xml, the "context path" for one of my not-quite-ready apps was blank. after commenting out that context, the empty context error disappeared.
