In an environment that requires high availability and must scale with volume, is there a way to load balance a cluster of jms queues? I've seen fail over setups, but never a setup that can handle a queue getting swamped with volume. Ideally, I'd like to see a swamped queue stop receiving and another queue to pick up the slack.
