I have been looking at the JavaMailAPI. Is it possible for us to parse the e-mail, that is on a users Desktop. I.e is it possible to use MimeMessage to actually parse an e-mail that is stored locally ( eg. POP where you store the message Locally on your desktop)

I think if you can get the input stream from your local file or whatever (outside the JavaMail API itself), then you can run it through the API methods?
