i'm a little confused by your question. what is the process flow you have and what is it that you want?

1) user logs into www.SiteA.com

2) user fills out a form on www.SiteA.com

3) form gets submitted to "www.SiteB.com/blah"

4) HTTP POST request SHOULD go to "www.SiteB.com/blah"

--> but because of SiteB's redirected, the HTTP POST is actually going to "username.SiteB.com/blah" which does NOT have the mapping for the POST response to work???

totally guessing on this workflow. but does that sounds right? if yes. i can't help you out, unless you are running a webserver that can "hard-code" a url map (like a servlet map in Tomcat)... even then, i'm not sure what technology would take precedence, or even if you could turn off the auto-topLevelDomain-redirect thingy for the POST context.
