Hi Bose,
When ever a JSP is requested from the browser all the static content(i.e. images,js files, css et...) required by that page will be cached into the browser memory. For some security reasons if you don't want to cache these content into the browser memory you can set these headers in the JSP.These headers ensures that cahce will not be maintained at the browser memory. And the last header will ensure that even if user cliked the back button of the browser will not give you the previous page.
