Dear sir,
I am a beginer to eclipse editor.I tried to do servlet programming by using eclipse3.1 version,i already installed jdk1.5 and jre1.5 and i also set the classpath for servlet,but when i open the servlet file it was showing error javax.servlet.http/javax.servlet resource is not found.Please tell me what to do.

Your classpath is incomplete ...
Add your server *.jar's to your classpath.

For example, if you're using Weblogic,  add ($WEBLOGIC_HOME$)server/lib/weblogic.jar to your classpath ..
If you're using Tomcat add ($TOMCAT_HOME$)commonlibservlet-api.jar
