How to use code template in Eclipse?

The Eclipse help files says a lot about how to create and edit code templates, but I couldn't find how to retrieve and use them when coding? How would I retrieve a code-template that I created?

oops, never mind, I just created one and ctrl-space shows it in the popup list.
