How to construct message from a Microsoft Word Template?

I have a Microsoft word template and the requirment is to send email in this specific format defined in word template. Now how can i create message of my mail using this template.

Template format is like this :::

We have recieved a order @orderNumber from @customerName .

Now i have to construct the mail body from this word template and replace this @orderNumber and @customerName
with the real orderNumber and customer name that i will get from the database.
Please suggest something.

Are you sure this is a Java mail question? There 100 other ways to send mail from Microsoft word.

You can do some outlook programming
