Hi All



I wanted to show the drivers(ex:c:,d:) in my computer as a list and i need to get info like wether the drive is a Local Drive or CD ROM drive.how can i do this in using java

The static File.listRoots() gives you the "drives" but I do not believe there is anything in the API to ask what sort of device or location that drive letter is mapped to.
