How to connect RMI server with a servlet?

I and my friend tried to connect the RMI server with a servlet. It did not work... Even after granting all the permissions in the policy file, we could not connect it. One of my cousin gave me a suggestion to use EJB. I am not sure of it also. Can anyone give a better solution for it?

Perhaps you could explained what "connect" means. You may certainly call a remote object from a servlet. A little code would help


Exactly what error did you get. Just saying "It did not work" is meaningless.
