How does log4j writes a log.debug statement in to .log file?.
means, suppose let us say, i have 5 log.debug statements in my program at different places, then how does log4j writes,
will it write for each log statement in to .log file or will it put all these statements in to a buffor and flush them all at some point of time, please any one clear by doubt.

You can look at the log4j source code if you want to be absolutely sure about its internal details, but I think the idea is to get the log messages out as soon as possible. Also it might depend on the particular kind of Appender you choose.
