Hi,

Can any one tell me how read remote files on Unix Machine from Windows Local Host, (API to be used), How to provide specific
path where the File is located on the remote Unix machine, and
the username password to login to remote host to access the file
from java program

What sort of connectivity do you have established between the machines? You didn't say, but surely you already have something working? Samba, FTP, HTTP, what? If not, you have a network configuration issue to address first before you try writing any code against it.
