how to overcome the "classnotfound exception" when we are using the type4 driver(thin driver) for jdbc connection.

hello

u must put the jdbc odbc body in the try block and put an Exception



try
{
...........
...........
}
catch(ClassNotFoundException e)
{
out.println("Error Reported"+e);
}

Give classes111.zip in Classpath....

Add the jar file that contains the driver to your classpath
