Links/forms in AJAX tabs opening in entire window frame

In my web application developed using struts tiles, I have a header, a footer, a left menu and a content area (in the center). When I click on any left menu, it open AJAX tabs in the content area.

By default the links/forms in AJAX tabs open in entire window frame. I want them open only in that tab area (centre content area). can anyone give a code example how to achieve this.

Are you using div tags to mark your content area and updating that element's innerHTML from the Ajax call back? If not, that is the issue.
