Hi all,

I wrote the Hello Java example in eclipse environment:

package com.eclipse.helloworld;

public class HelloJava {

/**
* @param args
*/
public static void main(String[] args) {
// TODO Auto-generated method stub
System.out.println("Hello World");

}
}

But it generates the follow error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/eclipse/helloworld/HelloWorld
Exception in thread "main"

Do you have any idea?

Thanks,

Vito

Plz set the following environment variables.
JAVA_HOME=C:j2sdk1.4.0
PATH=C:j2sdk1.4.0in
CLASSPATH=C:j2sdk1.4.0lib ools.jar
Restart the eclipse and try running the file.

It hard to say, since it looks like a mess, but there is an HelloJava and an HelloWorld mixup somewhere
