Using eclipse to connect windows with remote server which is unix how to maintain the compatibility

The whole problem is like this: right now we are working on Unix and we connect to remote server and we access the files of those remote server make changes and see the changes online .. now when net is down we have to sit idle so we planned to use Eclipse on local system(windows) and connect eclipse to our remote server using CVS now when we are transferring files from unix to our windows environment we are facing problem . 1)unix is case sensitive but windows is not so we have a lot of files with same name but with diffrent case 2)another problem --- we have .jsp files on unix which are using various commands some of them are finding servlet path in unix it uses backward slash but when that same code is executed in windows after importing it's showing error becau   More>>
