Integrating patternsets with different roots

Hi.
I have two long patternsets defined:





...






...


I want to include these patternsets into a single fileset.
The problem is that they do not have a common root directory.
How can I do it? Is there a way that I can specify a root to a patternset? (I can not modify the patternsets. They are being reused in other parts of the ant script).

Patternsets doesnt have a root. A fileset has. So you could do
