I am working on a desktop application, I have created the application and it's working fine on my machine.when I have installed the application on different machine I found the performace problem. eg.

When I am running application on my machine it tooks 1 minutes to perform a task while on other machine it take around 15 minutes to performe the same task?
How to improve the performace on other machine?

Is your machine an AS/400? (if not, why post this on the forum for issues specifically with running Java on such machines?)
