Redeploy war file in weblogic server 8.1

I am creating a war file of my project files and deploying on the weblogic server 8.1.It is getting deployed.But once i modify the jar file and try to use the redeploy option in weblogic server it shows redeploy successful.But the modified changes in the war file is not getting reflected i.e redeploy option is not working correctly.can anybody help me in solving the problem.

I could be very wrong with this, but I think that redeploy simply redeploys the currently deployed war file (ie: the one you last did a full undeploy -> deploy with), not a new one you might have. I haven't done this on Weblogic app server, but I did run into this same problem on Oracle app server.
