Getting ParseException in linux

hi, im using Lucene API for phonetic search. my code is working fine in Windows environment, but, when trying to deploy it on a linux environment tomcat 5.5 server its creating index successfully but when im going to search for a particular title its throwing
org.apache.lucene.queryParser.ParseException: Encountered "AND" at line 1, column 30.

Must be a problem in your app or deployment. Windows or Linux, it should be the same.
