Context is a situation in which problem occurs and solution is appropriate.

what is recurring?

Recurring : happening again and again. Really, this is a technical forum, and that was a question to consult a dictionary about. I don't recall this site having an "English" forum, although I regretfully fear this will be a recurring problem.
