When I tryed to create a client for the Webservice using the command: java org.apache.axis.wsdl.WSDL2Java -U -P http://196.1.2.51.105:8001/ActionCommittee/_vti_bin/UserGroup.asmx?wsdl Resulted the following error. Well the HTTP error code 401 is Unauthorized. What happens when you just put that URL into a browser? Do it prompt for a login? If so, you need to authenticate first before getting to that page.
