without context path, running two application in tomcat

hi,

my problem is i am running one application with the url as
http://localhost:8080/Login.jsp of first project. later i started the second project and using the same url and logging in. both login.jsp page are different for two projects. here is my problem: how can i run both projects at a time on two different port numbers like that.
if any one can help it will be great.

hi,

you cannot run two different contexts in two different port using the same tomcat.

Better solution is to give context names to the applications, instead of directly using it without context path.
