Does xDoclet 1.3 exist? Remember that you can alwas download the latest version from CVS. Details are porvided here:

http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/xdoclet/install.html

You can even download a single file containing all of the latest source code if you are behind a firewall that causes a problem.
