For runing the java Application on any OS ,Do we need that compile the Application for that OS or with compiling the App one time we can run it on every OS?

HI,
There is no need to compile JAVA application for every OS.
JVM takes care of it. And infact it is one of JAVA's strog point. Once your application or program is compiled it generates .class file which is set of bytecode instructions.
This class file can be executed on any platform or OS.

No.

If the JRE is installed on that "OS" (i.e.: machine), yes. Though you may be able to run it more often than get it to work.

I haven't bookmarked that link where B. Simpson writes "i will google before...", but in this case it'd come in handy.
