I am experiencing a problem where sometimes i get 404 error for this particular action though the action had been executed successfully on application server. Out of like 4000 requests for the same action, i get 10-20 404 Error rest works fine. 02/Nov/2005:13:08:57 -0700] "GET /koars/invoiceDetail.do?mode=12&type=41&invoiceIdentifiers=90041111,901193717 HTTP/1.1" 404 83 "-" Our production environment has ibm http server with websphere application server and ibm db2 database and SAP. Aravind, as there is no specific log or error info you can try the following options


- Check the maximum number of threads configured for the wait queue of cluster manager.

- Check the load balancing policy configuration in the app server cluster

- As a last option, you can use runtime monitoring tool like JProbe to get more info about the problem (like any bottlenecks in SAP or db2 calls)

could it be a browser-spefic issue? platform, type and version? is there anyway you can log/view browsers that caused this? this is a tough one buddy.
