The question i have, how do i setup such a way that, all requests to http://test.domain.com will be processed by "myapp".

Basically i want to say that the root for http://test.domain.com is "myapp" application. As soon as i enter this URL (With not additional folder names), then it should respond back with content from "myapp" application.

Thanks

This may not be what you want, but the easy way is to create an index.html in the root directory of http://test.domain.com and have that html file redirect to the myapp directory after waiting 0 seconds. You can use a meta tag to accomplish this.
Here's a little example:

The 0; tells the web server to wait 0 seconds before forwarding the request to the url. Now the user will think they hit the root of your site, which they did, but the index.html sends them to the root of your application.
