is there any way to change the frame rate of video streams captured from web cam??


hi there,
i m developing video transmitting application based VideoTransmit.java and VideoClient.java, in this program the video is captured in RGB format with default frame rate=15 and is transmitted in JPEP/RTP. is there any way to increase the frame rate of captured video before transmission. thanking u in advance
