How can I get keys from value in a Hashtable ?

I do have multiple keys for a particular value.

And also I have multiple values.Means multiple values
and multiple kerys are in the Hashtable.

How can i get the collection of keys for a particular value.

Iterate, compare and fetch. Or is that too complex ?
