i am trying to get a resource material online that can quickly introduce me to UML as related to java.i am preparing for an exam.

Try to find JBuilder7 Enterprise

make some exapmles that uses java.io then compile it after
that click for a sheets below namely "UML *" then you will see how program orginizes uml
or somewhere in the site of OMG (Object Maanagement Group)
