Must I use the Refactor feature to eliminate occurrences of
Error #: 901 : package bincoder.values stated in source C:AlturaBCLCsource aselineFiles incodervaluesE_KenoWagerData.java does not match directory baselineFiles.bincoder.values at line 21, column 19

I have tried several other IDEs and have never run across this problem...

Make sure that C:AlturaBCLCsourceaselineFiles is your project source path and not C:AlturaBCLCsource. That should solve the error.
