Hi -
I had two years experiences of leading a team in Financial Service. I got the position by internal promotion. However, as I want to move on to other companies. I don't know how to market myself. My resume is full of hands-on development background and many agents send me to senior developer spots only.

Can anyone advise me how I should adjust my resume to stand out for team lead/project lead spots?

Well first cut down the references to hands-on for a start and say you were in charge of a lead developer that did this. You need to talk about development process followed a lot more, risk management, meeting deadlines, presentations, resource management.
There some useful background articles here under the process section that you might be able to use which relate to estimation techniques and also fixed price software development.
