Hi again,

thanks to you Richard for making me better in the way to use Lucene... For the book Lucene in action only amazon propose it in France and it takes a long time to come here from USA... but i'll surely buy it...

Now, my question is how to (from an IndexSearcher on the field "contents") display the contents of the document (in html?) and underline the occurence of the word searched...

First, I would just know how to know what are the words that the IndexSearcher find from my request, and where they are. Then I suppose it would allows me to underline them...
Thanks again for helping me
Best regards

I have not done this but check this code out from Lucene's sandbox

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/java/trunk/contrib/highlighter/

This might have everything you need, I'm not sure but it is a start.
