why i am getting the log error

I get following message after execution

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (DcmRcv).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

Because Log4j is trying to find a log4j.properties or log4j.xml in the classpath, but it cannot find one....
