Could somebody help me with sending an
SMS from my application(j2ee).Is there any software,
if yes how can i integrate it with struts.

You can use different API available for such purpose e.g. smsj from sourceforge or jSMS from ObjectXP. These are just like your normal java APIs and you will have to code your program using these to send SMS.
