I am a novice with Antlr and just downloaded the 2.7.5 msi by Wolfgang. When I try to compile one of the C++ examples, I get an error in the token.hpp file complaining about the line:

#include

This file does not appear to be in the include directories. Am I missing something or is the file missing from the .msi ?
