I had a program for sending mail using javaMail api.
But it asked Server Address as one parameter.
I dont know how to find that.
Now I am using Outlook for sending/receiving mail .
I couldnot get the address of server.
I want to send a mail without knowing SERVER NAME

"nslookup [servername]"

Gives you the IP, which you _NEED_ to send a mail to.

"I want to send a mail without knowing SERVER NAME"
Well, u can't because the transport session that u create
while sending the mail, needs the server name as a necessary
parameter. Else how do u expect 2 send the mail ?

U can however, specify the IP address of the server instead
of the server name.

Hope this Helps...

Cheers !!
