what property shall be set for the Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY using J2EE Server so that the bean can communicate with other computers on the network?

It depends on J2EE Application server you use. Most application servers have their implementation of JNDI API, and so have their on context factory. Refer to your application server's documentations.
