How can i write a property file so that the keys are in english and the values are in japanese or hindi, Is there any editor for for that

Property files are in ISO-8859-1 character set, so it is difficult to put japanese or hindi characters into them. Any such characters have to use unwieldly escape characters.


Lucklily, there is software to help. I would recommend Attesoro - A Java resource editor.
